What services do Legends Pet Care Services offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including daily dog walking, pet sitting visits, overnight pet care, and pet concierge services for trips to the groomer or vet.

How are your pet sitters selected and trained?

Our pet sitters are carefully selected based on their experience and love for animals. Each sitter undergoes thorough training, including pet first aid and pet CPR, to ensure they provide the best care possible.

Do you require a meet and greet consultation?

Yes! We require a meet-and-greet session between you, your pet, and Legends Pet Care Services to ensure a good fit and address any questions or concerns you may have. There is no charge for this meeting.

What measures do you take to ensure my pet’s safety?

Safety is our top priority. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Our staff follows strict safety protocols, and we provide regular updates to pet owners.

Do you offer services for pets other than dogs and cats?

Yes, we provide care for a variety of pets, including birds, rabbits, and small rodents. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. For dog walking services, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Just notify us before we get there and we can cancel. For pet sitting, if you notify us more than 2 days in advance there is not cancellation fee. If less than 2 days notice, cancellation fee is 50% of total booking. For overnight stays, we require a 48-hour notice. For holiday cancellations, anything less than 7 day notice will incur the full rate including the holiday fee. The best way to cancel or reschedule a visit is through our app Time To Pet.

Can I choose a specific sitter to visit?

Legends Pet Care Services uses a team approach to our services. We cannot guarantee the same sitter makes all visits but we can try to have the same sitter if they are available. Either way, your pet will be cared for by well trained sitters.

How many times a day do you visit??

When you are gone overnight and multiple days, for dogs we require a minimum of 3 visits per day. We can certainly do more if needed. for cards and other pets, we require at least 1 visit per day.

How long are the visits?

Our minimum time with your pet is a 20 minute visit. We offer 20, 30, 45 and 60 minute visits.

Do you offer overnight visits?

We do offer overnight and almost overnight visits on a first come, first served limited basis. Contact Legends Pet Care Services for more information.

How will I be notified when a sitter has visited my pet

After every visit, the sitter will send you a report of the visit along with pictures, video or both!

How can I book a service with Legends Pet Care Services?

Booking is easy! You can book through our app Time To Pet! Scheduling through our app is the quickest and easiest way! If you are a new client, we recommend scheduling a consultation first to ensure we fully understand your and your pet’s needs.

How do I pay for my services?

We do not charge upfront fees. You will be sent an invoice via the Time To Pet app and you can pay the invoice right in the app.

Can I leave a Google review about the service we received?

Absolutely! We love 5-star reviews!

Can I tell my friends about the 5-star service I received?

You sure can! We love our clients and want to thank you for trusting us with your precious pets. There is no greater compliment then when our valued clients refer us to their family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. We like it so much that for every referral you send us and they become a client we will give you a $20 credit you can apply to a dog walk or pet sit visit. There is no limit to the number of referral you send us!
