George Lockwood brings more than 50+ years of leadership, service, and customer-focused experience to the professional pet care industry. His career began with service in the United States Navy and continued through executive leadership positions in consumer and mortgage lending. He ultimately served as President and CEO of a Charleston-area credit union, where he built a career centered on leadership, service, and developing trusted relationships.
Following his retirement from the financial services industry, George turned his lifelong love of animals into a new chapter of service. In 2015, he entered the professional pet care industry with a commitment to providing pet owners with dependable, compassionate, and exceptional care. That commitment has grown into Legends Pet Care Services, serving Summerville and surrounding communities with a team of trained pet care professionals dedicated to providing clients with confidence and peace of mind.
Under George’s leadership, Legends Pet Care Services has built its reputation on exceptional service, reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for every pet entrusted to the team. George believes professional pet care is about more than completing a visit—it is about earning a client’s trust and caring for their pets and home with the same attention and respect you would expect for your own.

Our Pet Care Professionals are fully insured and bonded, certified in Pet First Aid, and thoroughly trained in all aspects of professional pet care. For the safety and peace of mind of our clients, every team member must also successfully complete comprehensive federal, state, and county background checks before providing services.

While George may have the title of Owner & CEO, everyone at Legends Pet Care Services knows who really runs the company—Molly!
Adopted from Dorchester Paws, Molly quickly rose through the corporate ranks with absolutely no education, no previous management experience, and a résumé consisting primarily of being adorable. Today, she serves as George’s constant companion, trusted advisor, Chief Canine Officer and official Spokesdog!

MANAGER
Veteran- U.S. Airforce
Dana has had lots of animals throughout her life, most notably a Pot Belly pig. Being in the Air Force, she traveled the world before becoming a mom and wifey and settling in Summerville. Dana has a rescue dog, Ellie.

Hi I am Deborah. I have a background working with animals personally and professionally for 30 years. Pictured is my cat Jelly. Also have two other cats Toast and Biscuit our Breakfast club and Sniffles our doggie. I look forward to caring for your pets.

Jenna began her career as a Veterinary Technician in 2012 and graduated from the Community College of Denver in 2014 with her Associate of Applied Animal Sciences degree.
